“Paavai College of Nursing and Research organized an awareness campaign through psychodrama and a poster presentation on the theme, “It is time to prioritize mental health in the workplace,” in recognition of World Mental Health Day on October 10, 2024, at Manoraksha Mental Health Centre, Gajjalnaickenpatty, Salem. The program was inaugurated by Dr. S. Mohana Venkatachalapathy, MBBS, D.P.M., Consultant Psychiatrist. Prof. (Mr.) N. Loganathan, M.Sc (N), from the Department of Mental Health Nursing, explained the importance of coping strategies and workplace adaptation skills. Around 60 third-year B.Sc Nursing students participated in this program, benefiting 40 patients and their family members.”
